Our approach is to prepare and cook all our menu within our kitchen, using whole foods, ideally sourced within 30 miles or within Wales, we do not buy in commercial meals, breads, gravy, sauces or even ice cream.

Its quality produce, cooked well and we hope you can tell.

You will likely drive past the herd of cows who supply us from a fourth generation farmer, our butcher is in Carmarthen who supplies our bacon, sausages and black pudding for our breakfast menu and we grow as many of our herbs as we can.

We offer a daily changing menu, particularly nice for those staying with us for more than one night and we change our menu seasonally.
